Ascot Subdivision in Irmo, SC is a well established luxury home neighborhood located off Kinnerly Road. It is about 16 miles from Columbia, South Carolina’s capital. The subdivision is divided into the neighborhoods of Ascot Ridge, Ascot Place, Ascot Courtyards, Ascot Downs, Ascot Glen, and Ascot Estates.
Homes are typically on very large lots, made of stucco or brick, and can range in size from 3000 square feet to 6500 square feet. These beautiful homes were built with attention to architectural design and detail. Some homes even have front yard lawn maintenance provided and a private backyard courtyard.
