Columbia, SC – A tragic incident near Columbia on Sunday night has left one person dead and two others injured following a serious traffic collision on McCords Ferry Road. This unfortunate event has prompted local authorities to ask for caution as the investigation unfolds.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred just before 7:30 p.m. when a 2021 Toyota pickup truck, heading northbound, collided with a 2003 Ford pickup truck traveling in the opposite direction.
