Columbia, S.C. is buzzing with excitement as the highly anticipated 12th Annual Three Kings Day Festival gets ready to kick off on Saturday, January 4, 2025! Sponsored by the Latino Community Development, this festive event celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the Latino community and marks the joyful occasion known as Three Kings Day, or Día de los Reyes.
This year, the festival will take place at the cozy Segra Park, and what makes it even more special is that it coincides with the last evening of the Fireflies Holiday Lights. Attendees can soak in the magical atmosphere from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. Best of all, entry is absolutely free! It’s a fantastic opportunity for families and friends to gather and soak up the rich traditions along with plenty of festive cheer.
For those who may not know, Three Kings Day falls on January 6 and is considered the culmination of the Christmas season, marking the end of the twelve days of Christmas. This day holds special meaning as it honors the three Wise Men who traveled to present gifts to baby Jesus.
