West Columbia, South Carolina is set to host the seventh annual West Columbia Beautification Foundation Taste on the River on Tuesday, June 13, from 5.30 to 9 p.m. This eagerly-anticipated event, happening at Stone River at 121 Alexander Road, serves to appreciate the thriving food culture of Midlands, while also supporting the ongoing beautification endeavors within West Columbia.
The event’s entrance fee is set at $100 per individual. The night promises guests an abundance of engaging activities such as a silent auction, unlimited tasting opportunities, access to an open bar, and live performances, including music by the Easy Does it Duo.
The list of restaurants, caterers, and bakeries participating in the event reads like a who’s who of West Columbia’s food and beverage scene. Businesses taking part in Taste on the River include Black Rooster, Di Vino Rosso, Café Strudel, SakiTumi, Blue Marlin, Grecian Gardens, Hite’s BBQ, The Blended Bakery and Bistro, Cucinella’s Pizzeria and Italian Ice, Brookland Conference Center, Brickhouse Coffee & Tea Co., The Cake House Casa de Pastel, and Always Original Bakery.
