The deal for an approximately 1,711-square-foot space at 3119 Sunset Blvd. was negotiated by Grayson Greiner of Colliers South Carolina.
Luckie’s Pinestraw’s core business is harvesting, delivering and installing longleaf pine straw across the Southeastern United States. With a decade-long track record, the company has grown into one of the fastest expanding private companies in America, according to the Inc. 5000 list. The firm already has five operational locations in Alabama, North Carolina, and Florida. This new location in West Columbia marks Luckie’s sixth outpost overall and their first establishment in the South Carolina market.
The West Columbia office is strategically located near Lexington Medical Center. Covering an area of about 0.95 acres, this new site is situated on Sunset Boulevard, which witnesses roughly 33,500 vehicles passing daily. It provides easy access to both Interstate 20 and I-26, as well as downtown Lexington, making it a prime spot for business.
