Meet the Winners: Representative Roger Kirby and Senator Ross Turner

This year, the Chamber has honored Representative Roger K. Kirby as the 2024 House Legislator of the Year. He’s been a strong advocate for pro-business initiatives since joining the General Assembly in 2015. With a track record of working across party lines, Kirby has placed a strong emphasis on economic and workforce development, lawsuit reform, and improvements in education.
