Both the Lower Richland Drop-Off Center, located at 10531 Garners Ferry Rd. and reachable at (803) 776-2324, and the Clemson Road Recycling Center at 900 Clemson Rd., with the phone number (803) 576-2440, will now be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Yep, that’s right! They’ll be closed on Sundays and Mondays, so make sure you plan accordingly. This change is all about making things simpler for residents and businesses in the area.
