A Florida company, Crystal Lagoons, recently received official permission to build a stunning man-made lagoon and beach as part of a brand-new housing development in North Columbia. This exciting project is set to become the centerpiece of the upcoming Oak Hills subdivision, located right at the intersection of Fairfield and Crane Church roads, making it a prime spot for new residents.

With the green light now in hand, construction on the lagoon is expected to kick off in early 2025, as confirmed by the company.
