SUMTER COUNTY

With a fascinating blend of community and culture, Sumter offers a variety of events for residents and visitors this March. Meanwhile, Sumter Rotary Club hosts its annual Farm to Table charity fundraiser dinner on March 14 at the Sumter County Civic Center. The event supports local nonprofits, including Coins for Alzheimer’s Research Trust, Sumter United Ministries, 4-H Club, and the Sumter Rotary Scholarship Fund.

KERSHAW COUNTY

Marking the arrival of spring with a grand celebration, Kershaw County hosts the 89th Annual Carolina Cup Races on March 30. Known as the “Best Outdoor Event in the Carolinas,” attendees will not only enjoy the thrill of the races but also a day of tailgating, food, shopping, and much more.
