Luckie’s Pinestraw Leases Property On Sunset Boulevard

Brokered by Grayson Greiner of Colliers South Carolina, Luckie’s Pinestraw has signed a lease for an approximately 1,711-square-foot building at 3119 Sunset Blvd. in West Columbia. Luckie’s Pinestraw, well-regarded for its decade-long dominance in the landscape material sector, is positioning its newest center in a region buzzing with commercial activity.

Interestingly, the property is situated in close proximity to Lexington Medical Center, the location of choice for the new office stands on approximately 0.95 acres. An estimated 33,500 vehicles pass this section of Sunset Boulevard every day, making it a convenient spot with easy access to both Interstate 20 and I-26 and downtown Lexington.

Expansion Represents Company’s Growth Strategy

As a recipient of a ranking from the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, Luckie’s Pinestraw is demonstrably on an upward trajectory. The firm has been successfully operating five locations in Alabama, North Carolina, and Florida. This latest venture marks the company’s sixth location overall and its first-ever in the state of South Carolina.

Grayson Greiner has expressed his enthusiasm about the successful deal, saying, “I am thrilled to have brokered the deal for Luckie’s Pinestraw’s newest location and its first foray into South Carolina. This prime property perfectly aligns with Luckie’s vision for growth and community engagement. It’s been an exciting journey, and I am confident that this new site will be a cornerstone of its continued success in the region.” Greiner brings a wealth of experience to his position as a brokerage associate at Colliers. His expertise lies in site selection, land brokerage, and the sale of retail and owner-occupied properties.

Positive Impact on Local Economy Expected

The entrance of Luckie’s Pinestraw into the South Carolina market undoubtedly underlines the dynamic economic outlook for the region. The company’s decision to invest in a West Columbia site may spur other businesses to view South Carolina as fertile ground for growth. Further, this move portends an increase in local employment opportunities as the organization settles into its new location.

As a market leader in supplying landscape materials across the Southeastern United States, the arrival of Luckie’s Pinestraw in South Carolina is an event of economic significance and marks a new chapter in its operational narrative. With a new base in West Columbia, the company is ideally positioned to reach out to a broader customer base and contribute vibrantly to the local economy.
