According to Irmo Fire District (IFD), a single vehicle hit a tree, leading to it overturning and landing on its roof in the middle of the road. The authority reported that no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The accident resulted in the road being blocked for a considerable period, causing temporary traffic disruption in the area. The IFD has since announced that the roadway is now open again for public use.
