A highly-regarded national fitness studio, Hotworx Fitness Studio, has expanded its operations to the city of Columbia. The grand opening of the new fitness location, based at 4464 Devine St., Suite G, was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony witnessed by Columbia city officials and community members.
The newly-opened Hotworx branch in Columbia is spearheaded by Kelsey Farnham Caskey and Sheena Vaccaro, both of whom bring a diverse range of business experiences to the fitness studio. Caskey, with a solid background in marketing and government relations, is a co-founder of the successful local social media agency, Spruce Strategies. On the other hand, Vaccaro brings expertise from the health sector as a women’s health nurse practitioner and entrepreneur. Vaccaro also owns and operates Sneak A Peek Boutique, a private 3D/4D ultrasound studio.
As highlighted by At-Large City Councilwoman Dr. Aditi Bussells during the opening ceremony, Hotworx Fitness Studio is not only a facility that champions health and wellness but also contributes significantly to the local economy of Columbia. “This innovate fitness studio not only promotes health and wellness, but also invigorates our local economy. Together, we’re building a strong, healthier Columbia,” stated Bussells.
Hotworx Fitness Studio distinguishes itself from other fitness brands by integrating infrared heat and isometric workouts in their sessions. This innovative approach offers maximum health benefits in less time. The fitness studio possesses over 600 locations in the United States, providing a range of virtual exercise routines conducted in seven infrared saunas. These facilities promote detoxification, accelerated calorie burn, and muscle recovery, offering a unique fitness solution for their clients.
