If you have a soft spot for furry friends, you won’t want to miss the Stuff the Sleigh event supporting the Final Victory Animal Rescue. Happening on December 7th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Dales Biergarten and Bottle Shoppe (3150 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia), this is a great way to help local animals while enjoying a casual atmosphere with friends. Bring some supplies to donate or simply join the fun!

Get Creative at Alexandra’s Art Studio!

Ready to channel your inner Picasso? Head over to Alexandra’s Art Studio at 111 Sparkleberry Crossing Road. They offer a range of classes for adults and kids, including fun art camps and group activities. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, there’s something for everyone. Outdoor Art Extravaganza!

Dance the Night Away!

Calling all dancers! Join in for Palmetto Scottish Country Dance every Monday from 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at the Eastminster Presbyterian Community Life Center. It’s open to all ages and experience levels! On Thursdays at 7 p.m., Adult Ballet Classes are also available at the Columbia Music Festival Association. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm!

A Sweet Celebration of Creativity

Get ready to indulge your sweet tooth at the South Carolina Gingerbread House Competition, taking place on December 7th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at AIA Columbia (1530 Main Street). The creativity on display promises to be inspiring and delicious! Plus, don’t miss the annual Columbia Fashion Week Met Gala and Runway Event on December 14th at the Columbia Museum of Art. What a glamorous way to support local talent!

Holiday Festivities Galore!

Join the fun at the 2024 Holiday Ball hosted by the City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department on December 7th at 5 p.m. at the Leroy Moss Multipurpose Center. And, if you’re in the mood for some holiday spirit, the Columbia Christmas Pageant promises heartwarming performances on December 14th and 15th at the First Baptist of Columbia.
