Columbia Announces New Recycling and Junk Disposal Schedule to Enhance Convenience for Residents

Starting Monday, September 9, there will be a brand-new schedule at both the Lower Richland Drop-Off Center and the Clemson Road Recycling Center. The aim? Both drop-off sites will now be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. That means they’ll be closed on Sundays and Mondays. And not to worry, the C&D Landfill Drop-Off Center, located at 1070 Caughman Rd. N, will keep its regular hours: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays, with Sundays still closed.
