And if you’re looking to adopt a new furry companion, don’t miss the 17th Annual Palmetto Peanut Boil on Saturday, September 28th! From noon to 6 p.m. at the 2900 Block of Devine Street, there will be free adoptions available. This event is hosted by Animal Mission, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Columbia Animal Services and their spay and neuter program.
