COLUMBIA, S.C. – Grammy award-winning and Emmy award-nominated music group Pentatonix is slated to bring their largest Christmas tour yet to Columbia. The spectacular holiday-themed tour—Pentatonix: Hallelujah! It’s A Christmas Tour—is scheduled to play at the Colonial Life Arena on Sunday, December 1.

Tickets will be available for sale starting Friday, September 6, at 10 a.m. online exclusively. Any remaining tickets can be purchased the following day at ticketmaster.com and at the Prisma Health Box Office on the following Ticket Tuesday.

A Diffinative Take on A Cappella

Pentatonix, a trailblazing five-member vocal group, featuring Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee, erupted on the music scene in 2011. The quintet reinvented a cappella and quickly became known as one of the most imaginative and original vocal groups of all time.

Their extraordinary performances and exceptional style have enabled the group to sell 10 million albums worldwide, generate billions of streams, and top charts tightly. Their rich catalog includes appearances at high-profile venues and events, from The White House and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to The Hollywood Bowl.

Impressive Achievement

Pentatonix has seen incredible success, with back-to-back number one albums on the Billboard 200 charts. This includes the gold-certified Pentatonix [2015] and the platinum-certified A Pentatonix Christmas [2016]. The group commands a massive following, with 30 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.

As the holiday season approaches, fans in Columbia and the surrounding areas eagerly await the arrival of ‘Hallelujah! It’s A Christmas Tour.’
