The announcement was made by Capital City/Lake Murray Country (CCLMC).
“Chef Duffy brings with him a wealth of expertise from the BBQ industry. His years of working with various restaurants and presence on network television makes him a perfect fit for our panel of judges, and we are sure he will be challenging to impress!” said Miriam Atria, President/CEO of CCLMC.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Chef Brian Duffy discovered his passion for cooking in the kitchen alongside his large Irish-Italian family. Over the years, Chef Duffy has opened numerous restaurants and participated in over 100 culinary venue openings. His latest show, Opening Night, follows his thrilling 7-day restaurant opening process.
