Amanda Dickman, Beaufort County Library Director, expressed the importance of the library as a community hub, stating that it will be “a place where people feel safe and heard and seen and valued” as they interact with various resources.
Visitors can access a comprehensive selection of books and movies, alongside a range of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, public computers, a fax and a scan machine. The library also houses a meeting room and a study room to cater to the diverse needs of the growing community.
