The new Circle K is expected to be located at the northeast corner of Augusta Highway and Wise Ferry Road. This area is really bustling, with heavy traffic and lots of nearby amenities. It was included in their September agenda, and a recent update showed that the store has even submitted its stormwater management fees. But hold your horses! Frank Cason, the CEO of Cason Development Group, which owns the property, has mentioned that this project is only in its “very early stages.” Construction probably won’t kick off until 2025, so we may be waiting a bit before we can walk through those doors.
