He was last spotted wearing a blue/gray polo-style shirt, blue jeans, and glasses.

The missing man drove off in a gray 2010 Nissan Sentra, bearing South Carolina license plate number 7097KN.

Authorities have also raised concerns relating to Wagnon’s health as he requires immediate medical attention for memory-related issues.

Sighted in Oconee County

On Wednesday, it was disclosed that Wagnon was sighted near the Stumphouse Ranger Station on Highway 28, Oconee County. The last sighting reportedly occurred around 11 PM on Monday, August 19.
